We were a group of 9 with one kid under 10 so 4 of us got the buggy and remaining 5 got a Quad. It started a bit slow with training on the course which I initially thought was going to be it but then the guide took us to some treks in the mountains ending with an amazing view to take some pictures. It was a lot of fun for our entire group. Super friendly staff. Fantastic experience! Very safe as the guides placed emphasis on safety while ensuring we had fun. We had Snowy (hope I got his name right) as our guide. He was wonderful, professional and friendly. My children and I had a great time with him. We felt absolutely secured and enjoyed ourselves with him. The entire duration was just right with sufficient ride before fatigue set in. We started off in Queenstown centre and were quickly ferried to the trails by bus. When we arrived we were handed over to Diego who was our instructor for the day, who got us into some wellies (needed) and helmets (I\u2019d recommend goggles too if it rained recently). We had upgraded to the 400cc Quads due to our relative skill level and confidence. Diego did a great job of showing us the ropes of how to safely operate the quads. We did a few laps of the \u201ctraining area\u201d for Diego to assess our skill level. Once we, and Diego, felt confident enough, we hit the trails. The way up the hill was amazing, challenging enough without feeling uncomfortable. It felt like Diego wouldn\u2019t take us on anything he didn\u2019t feel confident we could tackle. It was at this point I was grateful for our upgrade to the 400cc bikes. The extra power felt amazing once you get used to it. Great views at the top and an exhilarating ride down. Thankfully it was just myself and friend on the tour, since we picked the higher powered quads which meant the experience was really tailored to our skill level.Overall an amazing time. Amazing people, well maintained equipment and great views. I would definitely recommend the 400cc quads to anyone with previous experience and good confidence. Otherwise I\u2019m sure the 250cc would be amazing too.
